Baysal Fasteners has been operating as a manufacturer, importer and supplier in the fastener sector since 2006. Apart from Turkey, our company also provides services with offices and warehouses in Germany and Bulgaria.
Our company specializes in the supply of "cold forging, hot forging, machining, sheet metal parts, spring and formed wires", as well as standard and special fasteners and metal parts.
It serves its customers with standard fasteners in DIN and ISO norms and special parts production according to demand. It ships its products to its domestic and European customers with raw material documents, test results and quality control reports.
Automotive, white goods, windows, furniture, machinery, electricity, construction, defense industry, glassware, lighting, solar and wind energy, medical, plastic, agriculture, elevator, bathroom accessories, toys, electrical household appliances and many other sectors are produced, imported and supplied.
It can be produced and supplied from stainless, brass, copper, steel, iron, aluminum, chrome and manganese materials.
In cold forging, parts such as screws, bolts, rivets, pins, nuts, bushings, barrels, set screw, U bolts are produced and supplied in multi-station machines, between 1 diameter and 35 diameters and up to 350 mm in length.
In hot forging, fasteners such as bolts, studs, nuts, anchors, threaded shafts, U bolts, J bolts are produced and supplied between 4 diameters and 130 diameters and up to 850 mm in length in the presses and CNC machines.
With machining, precision metal parts and pins between 2 mm and 30 diameters are produced in machines such as Sliding CNC, Lathe and Index. Pins such as DIN 6325, DIN 7979, ISO 2338 are delivered from stock.
Spring and formed wire parts are produced in fully automatic CNC machines from stainless and steel wires between 0.15 mm and 18 mm.
Sheet metal parts are produced in CNC machines and automatic presses as special and standard flat washers, spring washers, clips, rings, split pins and special sheet metal parts.
Products such as screws, bolts, washers, dowels as plastic fasteners are imported to meet customer’s needs.
